Suggested use
As a dietary supplement, consume 1 serving (1 scoop) of Superhuman Post following your training session. Ideally, to harness the maximum effect of Superhuman Post and its effect of increasing protein synthesis, follow with a high quality protein source such as Superhuman Protein.
On non-training days, Superhuman Post can be taken at a time of day that is convenient for you to maintain creatine saturation levels and amplify protein synthesis and recovery.
